Feelings for i-OTA

I have been involved as a secretariat member since 2021. I was aware of I-OTA's efforts before I joined the secretariat, but at that time, before I joined, I thought I-OTA was simply one of the common joint-order organizations that I saw from the outside.

When I actually started working as the secretariat and got to know the management members and fellow companies, I was surprised by their "enthusiasm". They are all working earnestly "for the future of small- and medium-sized manufacturing businesses in Ota City and throughout Japan! It is not enough just to get projects. It is meaningless unless we create a "mechanism" that will make the projects go around among our fellow companies and make all of our fellow companies excited. And with that mechanism in place, we will be able to provide one-stop, high-quality solutions to our customers.

Now I feel the same way, and I am proud to be working with my colleagues who have great ambitions, and I feel a sense of fulfillment and a sense of mission. I sincerely hope that I-OTA will be able to provide some kind of "benefit" to everyone involved with I-OTA, including our fellow companies, our customers, and the various businesses that cooperate with and support us.
